This position works with management and staff on a daily basis.
Oversees the financial operations, monitors the company's finances and produces financial reports.
Should be proficient and knowledgeable in accounts payable, payroll, receivable, account reconciliation, financial statements preparation, and analysis.
Needs to maintain an above-average level of accuracy, be organized, possess problem-solving skills, and work well with fellow employees and stakeholders.

This will be a Full-Time Hybrid work-from-home position; you will need to drive into our Hermitage, TN office 1 to 2 days each month.
Essential Job Functions You will be responsible for overseeing the Month-end close being completed using corporate policies and procedures.
All claims/billings are billed accurately and in a timely manner.
Payroll is completed/processed timely Financial statement preparation and consolidation, account analysis, and reconciliations.
Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings, enforcing adherence to requirements and advising management on needed actions.
Prepare operational forecasting and weekly KPI reports.
Assist in various company-wide initiatives.
Oversee all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems, ensuring compliance with appropriate standards.
Continuously analyze current automation of the accounting and reporting process to develop, implement and ensure compliance with internal and external financial and accounting policies and procedures.
Manage team members, overseeing their productivity, timely task completion, and accountability Ensure corporate accounting policies, procedures, and controls are followed when working with business partners and be able to provide support on special requests.
Perform other duties as assigned and needed.
Requirements Bachelor's Degree or higher with a concentration in Accounting or equivalent.
At least 3-5 years of overall professional experience, with at least 1 year of management.
Experience in a healthcare environment is preferred.
A good understanding and working knowledge of GAAP procedures.
Good IT skills, good knowledge of software:
MS Office Suite, Google Suite, QuickBooks Online.
Organize, set priorities, monitor progress toward goals, able to manage multiple projects with varying but stringent deadlines.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Work a flexible schedule, some long hours, weekends, work/take a phone call over the weekends, as needed.
Pass a comprehensive background check.
