We sell quilting, upholstery, and crafting fabric through our industry-leading website.
We're currently looking to hire multiple new Customer Service Representatives.
Experience is not required.
We have a fast-paced atmosphere here.
We need a reliable, customer-oriented people person, who can work effectively in a team environment.
This position is full-time during normal business hours (8:
30 AM - 5 PM).
This is an onsite position, not a remote position.
Job
Responsibilities:
Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and live chat Receives customer's orders over the phone Product research Handle difficult customers while remaining calm and collected
Qualifications:
Excellent oral/written communication skills required Must be detail-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple assignments promptly and effectively Must have the ability to work calmly in a fast-paced environment with a strong emphasis on quality and accuracy Typing skills 30
WPM preferred Strong PC skills required The ability to use multiple computer programs simultaneously is required Background in sewing, quilting and/or crafting desired but not required Attendance and reliability are critical Ability to be seated for the entire duration of the day Strong Organizational Skills We require pre-employment drug testing and a background check.
