Responsibilities:
To produce from incoming and outgoing telephone activity:
Manage inbound leads to provide assistance to prospective and current customers Manage high volume of inbound/outbound phone calls, emails, and texts with professionalism and respect Sales 3
confirmed appointments scheduled per day Sales 50 % of appointment shows To create good public relations consistent with effective use of time/CSI To update and purify customer records
Benefits:
