Dickson, TN Dickson, TN Full-time Full-time $85,000 - $100,000 a year $85,000 - $100,000 a year 4 days ago 4 days ago 4 days ago The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is an integral member of the Easter Seals TN team, focusing on the whole person and providing person-centered applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy for children.
The ABA Center/Clinic the BCBA this is a full-time salaried position that focuses on leading the ABA services for the West TN region.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Completes comprehensive assessments for new clients Writes an effective behavior support plan Develops client specific therapeutic goals and objectives Track, interpret, maintain, and analyze data to determine next steps in the client's treatment plan Maintain accurate notes and assist with generating documents for the billing department Trains, manages, supervises, and evaluates Behavior Technicians to meet client objectives and staff competencies Complete progress reports monthly and/or annually to track program performance.
Complete client progress updates and submit to insurance by due dates QUALIFICATIONS and SKILLS:
National Certified Board Certified Behavior Analyst TN State Licensed Behavior Analyst Ability to demonstrate exceptional oral and written communication skills Strong skills in Outlook, Excel, Word, and other electronic systems Ability to demonstrate exceptional skills in handling multiple tasks and prioritizing each in order to meet deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to lead and direct supervisees Certification and License:
BCBA National Certification TN State Licensed Behavior Analyst
