You'll be working in a department of 6, but our team consists of 34 people.

Responsibilities:
Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat Help place orders for customers over the phone Product research Contact suppliers for ETA's Handle difficult customers over the phone and email while remaining calm and collected Job Perks:
