Key leader in the development, implementation and maintenance of safe work practices, as well as setting and promoting safe condition standards; particularly in the areas of ergonomics and material handling
Responsible for the development, maintenance and execution of tools designed to ensure all necessary raw materials are on site to support various production lines. This will consist of balancing forecasted sales, production and current inventory position.
+ Oversees monthly physical inventories and partners with various other departments to ensure proper controls are in place to obtain clean physical counts. Key partner in reconciling any discrepancies as they arise during the month end reporting process.
+ Responsible for tactical purchasing of production-related materials.
+ Will facilitate the team in regards to Behavior Based Safety, as well as participate in safety committee, daily audits and condition repair.
+ Implement and review quality control procedures that ensure product integrity, material specification and process excellence.
+ Maintain a clean working environment (ensure area of operation is free of dust, debris, waste and trash).
+ Implement and maintain 5S, standard work and other lean manufacturing principles.
+ Bridging communication gaps between all departments to ensure proper flow from raw materials to finished goods.
+ Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing an effective manufacture process. Assist, develop, present and implement approved project improvements to the existing processes.
+ Previous supervisory or management experience required. 2+ yrs previous material planning/supply chain management experience preferred
+ Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or some other relevant course of study preferred
+ Strong written, oral and communications skills
+ Commitment to the company? ready to work unusual hours.
+ Ability to wear PPE and maintain company safety policies.
+ Organization, data analysis and interpretation, and the ability to prioritize.
+ Good computer skills in word processing, spreadsheets and manufacturing databases.
+ Strong problem solving skills with the ability to seek resources and make decisions in a fast paced environment, meet tight deadlines, work with minimal direction and handle conflict in a positive manner.
+ Ability to train, coach and mentor.
+ Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, interpersonal and time management skills.
+ Self-motivated and task oriented.
+ Any other duties as required.
+ Able to manage a debriefing.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
